Most benefit consulting firms fill website pages with phrases like “At Zarmac Benefits we are focused on the delivery and administration of highly innovative employee benefit solutions,” or; “we deliver leading edge thinking”. Frankly, these phrases very accurately describe what we do here at Zarmac.

However, it has been our experience that companies don’t care about the fancy words and phrases. Our customers just want a benefit program that runs with no fuss (simple!), described in plain English, at a cost that they can afford both today and into the future (sustainable!)
